·High porosity sintered titanium fiber felt, a remarkable material renowned for its exceptional electrical conductivity. Designed for use in standard PEM electrolyzers, this titanium fiber felt serves as an indispensable flow field or diffuser material, particularly on the oxygen (anode) side.
·Unlike traditional carbon-based gas diffusion layers (GDLs), which are unsuitable for anode use due to rapid carbon oxidation to CO2 (in acidic media) or carbonate ions (in basic media) during the reaction, our titanium fiber felt stands out as an ideal alternative diffusion medium. Its superior conductivity not only enhances electrolysis performance but also ensures effective electrical contact between the anode catalyst layer and bipolar plate or current collector at the anode side.
